As a gifted and highly sensitive person, I knew very quickly that I wanted to mean something to people.
Guiding thousands of employees, individuals and organizations to the best version of themselves has been my mission for more than 30 years.
And what could be better than that.
From my more than 25 years of experience in the corporate world, I have also built an expertise in Change, Outplacement and Leadership with both, small and large international companies.
As a career coach, I want to help you learn to name your mission, help shape your actions and celebrate your successes! Because yes every step is important. I bring my experience as a Coach/therapist to our conversations and you your experience. Using listening and questions we will work on limiting beliefs, naming your drives and finding your talents.
In addition, I think it's important that there is a click. In the end we go out together and you don't do that with everyone either.
