Leading a team is an art and requires specific skills.Travvant assists both new and seasoned leaders, so that they are confident on the work floor and get the best out of their team members. The result: an efficient and harmonious team that communicates smoothly with each other.

What programs do we offer?

A. Coaching program for entry-level leaders

In this three-month coaching program, we provide starting leaders with all the skills they need to successfully lead a team.

The process consists of four steps:

  1. An intake interview with the employee and management
  2. Drawing up a leadership profile, in which we look for the team leader's personal strengths and pitfalls, possibly identifying competencies to be developed
  3. Analyzing team dynamics and personalities with related impact on the team
  4. Sharpening communication skills, with an emphasis on giving constructive feedback

Are things not going as hoped? Then we can extend the trajectory for an extra push.

B. Transformation path for experienced leaders.

This transformational journey exists to help leaders, managers, CEOs, business owners increase their output, make their employees happier, and maximize their energy and motivation in the workplace.

The program lasts three, six or nine months and consists of a combination of face-to-face coaching and online accountability sessions.

After 3 months

  • The leader has a clear purpose and vision 
  • The leader gains insight into their own personality and strengths and weaknesses 
  • The leader optimizes his or her communication for stronger impact and increased results

After 6 months:

  • The leader has a clear purpose and vision 
  • The leader gains insight into their own personality and strengths and weaknesses 
  • The leader optimizes his or her communication for stronger impact and increased results
  • The leader gains an understanding of his or her team's strengths and weaknesses and how to make them work together optimally
  • The leader amasses the right tools to foster trust, commitment and results-oriented work

After 9 months:

  • The leader has a clear purpose and vision 
  • The leader gains insight into their own personality and strengths and weaknesses 
  • The leader optimizes his or her communication for stronger impact and increased results
  • The leader gains an understanding of his or her team's strengths and weaknesses and how to make them work together optimally
  • The leader amasses the right tools to foster trust, commitment and results-oriented work
  • The leader undergoes a complete transformation and can optimally coach and give ownership to a team
