Katleen made me find and give my own answers by listening and asking some pointed questions. The approach was innovative and enlightening - a lot is deep in your character and seems very obvious to yourself, but through the right questions and assignments, I got to know myself better. A while ago, I had career coaching with Sabine Havelaerts. It was quite a quest for me to find out how I wanted my career to evolve and I wanted to discover what really gave me energy. Through the exercises and visualizations it became clear that I did not necessarily have to change jobs but that I could also get extra energy from further developing my hobby, pottery.
