A team consists of diverse individuals, each with their own traits, preferences, needs and ways of acting. How do you combine these different strengths and talents as efficiently as possible and avoid conflict and miscommunication? The answer lies in team coaching.
In our coaching program, the team leader and team members sit down together to optimize cooperation. The goal is to form a rock-solid team where cooperation and connecting communication are central.
How do we get started?
The process begins with an intensive discussion with the team leader, in consultation with management and aligned with strategic goals. The manager plays a central role and is actively involved in planning and debriefing the sessions.
The course includes five offline and five online sessions, during which we cover five diverse topics:
- The kick-off: focusing on goals, rules and values of the team
- Session on vulnerability, trust and team dynamics
- Analysis of talents, comfort zones and responsibilities of the team
- In-depth session on communication and feedback
- Integration day to conclude, bringing together all lessons and plans
A coaching program extends over 3, 6 to 9 months.
