How does it work?
An employer may promote the career voucher system to its employee, but at Travvant we do so in a respectful and supportive manner. Our approach follows specific rules to fully support employees:
An employee can choose when to apply for and use the check.
An employee may choose at which center to redeem the check. This choice should not affect the employee.
An employee should be aware that he/she is only entitled to two four-hour career checks for six years. If he/she redeems them, he/she can only reapply for another check six years after the start of the first coaching.
There is no exchange between the employer and the career center about counseling or the content of counseling.
Under no circumstances may the guidance the employee receives through the career voucher replace guidance the employee should receive through the employer
