3. Prioritize, what do you think is important?

Mission, vision, norms and values are becoming increasingly important. Together we determine what is essential for you in your search for the ideal work environment. It is time to give direction to your career goals.

4. Taking inventory, what occupations fit your personality?

With a targeted questionnaire, we find three professions that really suit you, regardless of previous choices. Here we aim for a match that fits not only your skills, but also your passions and ambitions.

5. Experiment

The proof of the pudding is in the eating. So to find out if the image of your dream job matches reality, you have to do your own research. How? Simple: look up as much information as possible about your ideal job, talk to people who have your dream job and, if possible, spend a few hours or a day working in that job yourself.
