With a background in hotel management, I built 26 years of experience, from operational positions in the hospitality industry to General Manager in international hotel chains. My passion for team development and individual growth led to my own coaching practice after an outplacement process in 2021. As a life coach, career and outplacement coach, and executive, organizational & team coach, I strive to reveal and fulfill your full potential.
