Did you know that even a job and tasks within that job have an expiration date? After all, work is not just "work. I'm happy to explain it to you...
The Bad, The Good and The Great
You can distinguish between "bad work," "good work" and "great work.
- 'Bad work' is that which takes your energy, which you would prefer to give to someone else should you be able to.
- 'Good work' is that which you are good at and enjoy doing, where your talents lie, what feels comfortable for you.
- Great work is work that fulfills you completely. Often it is something you find exciting at first, something new, something that takes you out of your comfort zone, something that makes you feel alive. You get into a flow and feel enthusiastic. You grow!

If you have too much "bad work," too little "good work" and no "great work" at all, the chances of bore-out, burn-out and eventually depression exist.
What is so typical is that "great work" becomes "good work" after a while. After all, you grow and evolve. Therefore, after a while you have to look for new great work. At least ... if you want to fulfill your potential, if you want to get the most out of yourself. This is a choice. Do you opt for mediocrity, or for excellence?
