Therefore, it is good to (re)recognize and examine perfectionism in yourself.

What to expect.
You find out exactly how perfectionism originated in your life. And how it expresses itself concretely in your work and life. On the basis of a number of exercises, we will further map out your perfectionism pattern so that you can work towards a personal step-by-step plan to further integrate tips into your life. Furthermore, you will learn how perfectionism is triggered and you will learn to look at your talents. You will go home with a concrete roadmap to overcome your perfectionism. So you take a first important step to overcome your perfectionism.
