Outplacement after restructuring

Have you been laid off due to a restructuring and an employment cell has been established? Then specific conditions apply, in which Travvant supports you.

You are entitled to outplacement provided you register with the employment cell.

  • If you are 45 years of age or older at the time of the announcement of the collective redundancy, you must be offered a minimum of 60 hours of outplacement during the 6-month period you must be registered in the employment cell
  • If you are under 45 at the time of the announcement of the collective redundancy, you must be offered at least 30 hours of outplacement during the 3-month period that you must be registered in the employment cell
