You are entitled to outplacement provided you register with the employment cell.
If you are 45 years of age or older at the time of the announcement of the collective redundancy, you must be offered a minimum of 60 hours of outplacement during the 6-month period you must be registered in the employment cell
If you are under 45 at the time of the announcement of the collective redundancy, you must be offered at least 30 hours of outplacement during the 3-month period that you must be registered in the employment cell
